- Currently consulting for several startups in the hospitality, travel, professional marketplaces, and real estate space. Supporting teams on partnerships, growth, go to market, sales ops, and business development.
- Clients have included Kindred, Swapstack, Cabin, and Summit.

- Director of Partnerships function at accelerator edtech startup from Seed through Series B stage. Full responsibility for B2B business development strategy, six- and seven-figure contract sales, product partnerships, and launching new revenue streams. Advisor to executives, internal VC fund, social impact-focused Access Fund, and Program GMs on GTM and new partnership verticals.
- Designed business development functions, including outbound sales, revenue ops, sales collateral, communications, customer success, partner marketing, and OKR development, tracking, and reporting.
- Hired, trained, and managed 3 individual contributors, maintaining 6:1 individual revenue ratios across the team.
- Led complex negotiations with startup CEOs, executives, legal and procurement teams at Fortune 100 companies, and foundation directors to close 60+ partners across the company's programs, accounting for seven digits - and 10% - of total company revenue.
- Oversaw the On Deck Access Fund, a nonprofit Donor-Advised Fund providing need-based scholarships to On Deck programs.
- Started at On Deck as the twelfth employee and first “Build Partner” or customer experience lead hired to serve as primary advisor, community manager, and event host for membership base of >400 startup founders. Built company-wide playbooks for customer success, member engagement, and retention.
- Developed, documented, and trained others on customer onboarding, engagement, surveying, and communications processes.

- Oversaw all grantmaking and projects supporting investments in the development of small business and high-growth entrepreneurship in Detroit, managing philanthropic strategy, an annual budget of $3.2MM, a six-person team, and a portfolio of nonprofit grantees.
- Project and production managed Detroit Demo Day, a $1MM pitch competition for a 4000-person audience.

- Founder of angel group investing in early-stage startups (Pre-seed - Seed stage), across sectors including fintech, CPG, enterprise SaaS, and proptech, including recruitment and investor relations for 27+ members and selection of back office vendors and corporate sponsors.
- Led startup due diligence; hosted bimonthly live meetings and facilitated seven subsequent financings.

- Special projects for Rocket Mortgage founder Dan Gilbert, including launching the Woodward Angels investment group, founding a now-annual citywide startup job fair, supporting business attraction and regional startup market launches, and developing the business model, running site selection, and building government, university, and foundation partnerships for a startup hub campus.
- Managed community partnerships, representing the Rock Family of Companies to the Detroit business ecosystem by building relationships with stakeholders in the region, including corporations, startups, universities, philanthropy and government agencies.

- Managed portfolio of 47 clients’ real estate holdings and 5 support specialists, bringing in $100K ARR. Strategic advisor to executives on building tiered pricing model and to Head of Product on new feature development for internal tooling, usability testing and customer UX.
- Led company-wide process development to reduce tenant placement time by 30% and drive upselling and customer referrals.
- Retrained to book new business and represent company at conferences. Owned pipeline of single-family and multifamily investors.

- Ran community management and events for Jewish communities in Cologne, Duisburg, and Augsburg, Germany.
